Despite that warning, he still killed him. Back to Jaime, when he had a bath with Brienne, he told her everything about how Jamie's father Tywin marched on the kingdom and Robert Baratheon. He warned Aerys II Targaryen to give up but the Mad King did not listen. HIs father and the Lannisters sacked the city and much to the Mad Kings angriness, he commanded Jaime to kill his father and cut his head off. He also told the Pyromancer to burn the city down and the people so instead of following that order, he killed the Pyromancer first and stabbed the Mad King and cut his throat.

Daenery's rise after that wide fire who amazingly survive with that three newborn dragons. And how about Robb Stark? For sure, he will just not sit down and mourn without taking vengeance for his father.
